First and foremost, I’m writing this page rather hastily and on-the-fly, because Google is more efficient than I expected. Having this Blog up only a weekend, not yet ready for a Grand Opening, and already Google is in here cacheing the site. Believe me I’m not complaining. I love Google. But it’s kind of like having a messy house when you suddenly hear the doorbell ring and your Mom walks in. You really wished you had a little more time to tidy things up before she got there, right?!?!! (smile)

Like the real world, likely 99% of participants will be great and respectful of each other. It’s the 1% who make rules like these necessary.

Well, this is the internet. If you use it, you must realize by now that everywhere you go someone is tracking your visits and watching the ads you click. It’s a fact of life on the world wide web.
As far as this web site BuyingArizonaRealEstate.com (henceforth referred to as BARE) goes, I do use StatCounter.com and Quantcast.com to measure my website popularity; and I use Google Adsense to provide targeted ads for you to view throughout my website. They do use information gathered from your visits such as geographic region, browser stats, time of visit, and other mundane info, although this information is tied to an IP address. I do not use any information for anything other than to know how well my website’s popularity is doing.
I do not email anyone unless they have requested a service from me in the past, and they have not opted out of my emails. Of course, you would have had to have directly provided me with your email address in the first place.
In the usage of this website (BARE) some actions require you providing your email address for confirmations. I will not use your email address for anything other than usage of/within this website, unless you personally request something of me.
